KMXP Series AMR Linear Position Sensors:
Position sensors play an increasingly important role in many industrial, robotic and medical applications. Advanced applications in harsh environments need sensors that perform well, even when exposed to oil, dirt and dust. The TE Connectivity (TE) KMXP position sensor is the right choice to meet those needs thanks to its Magneto Resistive technology and available form factors. The KMXP sensor provides greater precision than commonly used hall sensors and is designed to provide reliable and accurate measurements in harsh environments including high temperatures.
Bubble detection is critical in applications such as infusion pumps, hemodialysis and blood flow monitoring. TE Sensor Solutions has developed a new compact AD-101 Air Bubble Detector (ABD) for non-invasive continuous monitoring of fluid for air bubble detection. Using ultrasonic technology, the AD-101 sensor is capable of positively identifying the presence of a break in flow of any type of liquid.
TE's SpO2 optical components provide leading accuracy in oxygen level detection. With more than 27 years of proven reliability and expertise, TE has designed SpO2 sensors with best in-class flexibility to accommodate multiple wavelength options. Our dual drive emitters accommodate two different LED wavelengths (both Red and IR) without any compromise to size and lower power consumption.
The mass air flow (MAF) sensor is designed for a variety of automotive, medical and industrial gas applications. Our flow switches are primarily used for applications including water control, power showers and circulation pumpprotections.
The fluid property sensor is based on tuning fork technology and is specifically designed to provide fluid quality and condition monitoring to a wide range of applications including oils (engine, hydraulic, transmission), fuels and DEF monitoring.
TE Connectivity is the leader in the design and manufacturing of precision force sensors for applications that require high-performance or unique packaging, including electromechanical flight control and test and measurement. Based on our technology, the force sensors combine durability and long-term stability in extremely low cost packages.
The humidity sensors by TE Connectivity are able to provide accurate dew point and absolute humidity measurements through a combination of relative humidity and temperature measurements. These sensors are qualified for the most demanding applications including automotive, heavy truck, aerospace and home appliance. They come in a variety of output signal such as digital and analog voltage, PMW, PDM, LIN and CAN.
Photo Optic Sensors:
The photo optic sensors include both photo optic components and complete sensor solutions. This sensor series features dual LED, bi-wavelength emitters and spectrally paired photo detectors. Suited for medical applications where selection of peak wavelength is a priority. They are packed into complete probe assemblies for pulse oximetry monitoring applications.
Piezoelectric, or piezo, fluoropolymer film produces voltage or charge proportional to strain. They provide durable vibration, accelerometer or dynamic switch elements for a wide range of markets and applications. The highly versatile, enabling sensor technology has a thin cross-section that is flexible, very robust and chemically inert and can withstand temperature up to 85 degrees Celsius.
TE Connectivity is the leading manufacturer in industrial linear and angular position, tilt and fluid level sensors. They are also one of the world's largest manufacturers of industrial and automotive sensors for linear displacement, rotary position and speed sensing. TE has a wide range of sensing technologies including MR, PLCD, LVDT and Resolver. The sensor design and manufacturing techniques provide reliable and cost effective solutions for a broad range of harsh environment applications. The broad range of signal conditioning instrumentation enables TE to meet the specific needs of OEMs and end users.
Pressure and Position Sensors for Harsh Applications
AST sensors offers an extensive range of pressure sensors and transducers specially designed for high performance, harsh and extreme environments. This product line includes position and pressure sensors, transducers and related instrumentation to monitor pressure, differential pressure and liquid level. They can be found in applications that range from compressed natural gas (CNG) compressor stations to onshore/offshore drilling equipment to telemetry equipment and much more.
TE designs and manufactures pressure sensors ranging from the sensing element to system packaging for harsh environments. TE's sensors are an industry leader in their range of both standard and custom pressure sensors, from board level components to fully amplified and packaged transducers. Based on MEMS and Microfused, Krystal Bond technology, the sensors measure pressure, ranging from inches of water to 100K psi. They are cost effective solutions for medical, HVACR, off road/heavy equipmentand general industrial applications.
Mostly used for wind tunnel, flight test and turbomachinery testing, TE's scanning sensors provide high accuracy measurement solutions due to multi-channel test installations. Wind tunnel and flight testing use ESP pressure scanners for their compact size and accuracy. Extensive factory calibration along with the custom MEMS-like technology provides system solutions with a high accuracy digital interface to host computers and networks.
TE Connectivity manufactures NTC thermistors, RTDs, thermocouples, thermopiles, digital output and customized sensor assemblies. The long standing experience and knowledge allows TE to offer one of the largest ranges of temperature measurement, control and compensation applications in the industry. The sensors meet specific demands of critical OEM applications, including medical, aerospace, automotive, instrumentation appliances, motor control and HVACR.
The microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), bonded gage and piezoelectric ceramic/film technologies provide OEM and Test and Measurement customers with the widest range of vibration sensor solutions on the market. All products are EAR99, RoHS compliant and meet CE standards.
TE Connectivity offers a wide range of level sensors using ultrasonic technology. The ultrasonic sensors measure liquid level despite variations in transparency, viscosity or color. These solutions include air bubble detection for medical pumps, contact and non-contact container fill, pump protection and pipeline fluid type/detection. They also offer high accuracy, high frequency, short range continuous measurement sensors through air for process control. Standard products that provide a system without moving parts, adjustments or maintenance are also available.
