MIL-DTL-38999 Series I connectors are designed for harsh environments, offering up to 128 contacts in an environmentally sealed insert. With an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 200 °C, they provide reliable performance in extreme conditions. Featuring front wall mount, rear wall mount, and jam nut receptacles, as well as RFI grounding plugs, these connectors are versatile for various applications. Available in 9 shell sizes and 52 insert arrangements, they use M39029 rear release crimp contacts in sizes 22D, 22M, 22, 20, 16, and 8, including coax and twinax options. Constructed with high-strength aluminum shells, they come in a range of plating options such as cadmium and nickel for durability. RoHS certified finishes are also available.
