Detailed Description
MIL-DTL-38999 Series II connectors have up to 128 contacts contained in an insert. They are environmentally sealed, and have an operating temperature between -65 °C and 200 °C. MIL-DTL-38999 II harsh environment thin walled, restricted length connectors feature front wall mount, rear wall mount, jam nut, rear box mount, and front box mount (long grommet) receptacles. The plugs are offer as straight, RFI grounding and standard plugs with a 90 degree cable clamp. They are offered in 9 shell sizes and 52 insert arrangements, utilizing M39029 rear release crimp contacts in sizes 22D, 22M, 22, 20, 16 and 12. The MIL-DTL-38999 II connectors are offered in aluminum shells. They are available in an assortment of plating options, including light iridescent yellow cadmium, olive drab cadmium, electroless nickel, and black anodized aluminum. Selection includes RoHS certified cadmium free finishes.
