Cylindrical, Multi-pin, mil-derivative metal threaded connector for use in benign environments
Amphenol’s 97 Series general duty standard cylindrical connectors serve as a lower cost, commercial equivalent to MIL-DTL-5015 connectors. This extremely versatile and rugged connector family is used in the automotive, robotics, machine tool and welding industries, as well as in numerous commercial applications ranging from heavy equipment to ECG monitoring cables.
UL and CSA recognized, the 97 Series is highly versatile. Customers can choose from six shell options, 128 contact arrangements, accomodating from 1 to 52 circuits. This makes it one of the most adaptable connectors available, with one of the largest selections of insert patterns in the market. The connectors are available in a wide variety of cadmium and non-cadmium finishes, while contacts are offered in crimp, solder, thermocouple and PCB styles.

Quick Lock and Press-to-Release Design, Plastic, RADSOK® Technology
Amphenol Industrial’s Surlok® Plus connectors are high-amperage connectors designed for power distribution and energy storage applications. The Surlok® Plus compression lug is a field installable, high reliable alternative to common compression lugs. Using industry standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, thus eliminating the need to purchase special torque tools.
Amphenol’s Surlok® Plus is an environmentally sealed version of our the SurLok but available in smaller sizes, and features a quick lock and press-to-release design. Incorporating the latest R4 RADSOK® Technology, Surlok® Plus is a compact, quick mating, and robust product line.
The RADSOK® high amperage contact technology utilizes high tensile strength properties of a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to produce low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area.
The connector features R4 RADSOK® contact technology with various termination options (threaded, crimp, and busbar). Surlok® Plus is IP67 rated, RoHS compliant, has a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and meets UL94 V-0 (self-extinguishing) requirements.
