Unsealed Compact Automotive Connector
The MX81 Series of unsealed compact connectors are ideal for interfacing with small control modules uses in vehicles. These connectors share the same crimp socket terminals with the popular MX80 Series of sealed connectors and are compatible with a wide range of wire sizes. The same reliable terminals can be used for both sealed and unsealed areas of the vehicle.

Compact Waterproof Automotive In-line Connector
The MX80 Series is a family of compact waterproof automotive in-line connectors. They are miniaturized by design and ideal for use in areas where vehicle mounting space is limited. MX80 Series connectors support a varying wire size range for exceptional power and control. In addition, variations such as alternate key codes, IPX9K type, and more will be added in the future.

In-vehicle Connector for ICT Devices
The MX79A Series are miniaturized high-speed automotive infotainment connectors designed to support data transmission. Speeds of up to 1.5 Gbps can be supported when used in conjunction with the MX55J Series of automotive camera connectors. Four mating key variations are available to prevent incorrect mating when multiple connections are used for the same module.

Compact Low-profile Connector
These automotive electrical control unit (ECU) connectors support a wide range of pin counts from 4 to 40 positions. The series operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range with a +130°C maximum operating temperature (ambient temperature + temperature rise due to conduction). The low-profile MX77 allows for size reduction of the control units while still maintaining automotive level performance and reliability. MX77 connectors are USCAR2 tested and designed for use automotive ECU applications and battery management systems (BMS) and use flame-retardant material.

High Pin Count Waterproof ECU Connector
JAE’S MX60A automotive grade waterproof connector is ideal for engine compartment applications, catering to these trending requirements. Compatible with a high pin count of 177 positions, it features a lever structure and downsized contacts that reduces operation force.

Compact/ High-density Non-waterproof Automotive Connectors
Along with the technological advancements of automobiles, the number of the apparatus used has increased and the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) controlling it is also increasing. At the same time the connection points by wire harnesses and connectors to connect those have been increasing. Under this background, JAE has enhanced variations of the existing compact/ high-density non-waterproof connector MX34 Series based on the customer’s needs. Therefore, MX34 series is possible to correspond as an interface to connect various units such as body-chassis ECU, switches, and sensors and then will contribute to unify the series of connectors the customer´s uses.

PHEV/EV Connector Using Low Flammability Material
Recently for in-vehicle connectors, demands for products using low flammability material are growing due to environmental regulations. To meet these demands, JAE has developed the MX84B Series in-vehicle connector which is a UL-94 V-0 compatible version of the existing MX34 Series. The MX84B Series is a connector ideal for PHEV and EV.

Fast charging connector compatible with charging standard J3400 TIR (NACS)
KW51 is a EV fast charging connector that supports NACS, the North American EV charging standard. Charging Connectors Compatible with the CCS Type-1 EV Fast Charging Standard
The KW11 is an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging connector compatible with the CCS(Combined Charging System) Type 1 electric vehicle fast charging standard and supports a rated charging current of 150A and 200A. The product is UL recognized as it has been tested to this standard and meets the associated rigorous product safety standards. With the spread of EVs, it is expected that quick charger network usage will increase in various regions globally. The KW11 Series meets specifications that support requirements in the EV charging market in North America . The handle has a design that makes it easy to grip even while wearing thick gloves in extremely cold areas. The latch that secures the EV charging connector to EV inlets is reinforced with a metal core to prevent it from breaking, a common problem during field operation. In addition, as a safety precaution, a double insulation structure has been adopted to protect the live components inside the connector from water ingress, so short circuit can be prevented even if the exterior is breached or damaged in any way by unexpected accidents.
