The JN1/JN2 Series is a waterproof circular connector with one-touch locking mechanism developed as an interface for industrial devices. It is available in an all-plastic type, JN1, and a partially metal-reinforced robust type, JN2. Both are compact designs and suitable for a variety of electronic devices. Suitable for conduit mounting
JN1V/JN2V Series connectors come in the same form factor and dimensions as our conventional JN1/JN2 Series. The contact structure of this new series has been modified to improve the reliability under higher vibration. The five-point contact structure enhances the contact reliability and maintains a stable connection under vibrating conditions. Being able to withstand 245m/s2 (25G), the JN1V/JN2V Series will withstand 2.5-times higher shock and vibration compared with the conventional JN2 Series connectors.
The JN1V/JN2V Series can be widely used as a compact waterproof I/O connector for servo motors for robots, automation machines, machine tools, and other industrial equipment, which are becoming diverse and required to have environmental performance.

Waterproof USB Type-C DX07 Series
The JL10 Series are TÜV approved and UL recognized, one-touch locking, circular, waterproof connectors for industrial machinery, satisfying European safety standards. The adopted one-touch lock mechanism has a superior mating and unmating operability and the product contributes to mating function ease. The JL10 receptacle offers a hybrid one-touch lock and threaded dual function mating. The connector offers mating compatibility with conventional MIL standard MS connectors and with our screw mating plugs (JL04V, N/MS, and JA). On top of the existing solder termination, a crimp termination option has been added to the 18-10 and 22-22 pin arrangement receptacles.

The KN01 Series is a large yet light weight and high-density waterproof rectangular connector. The KN01 Series can be used for a wide range of applications with an insert structure that can be customized to comply with various pin counts by configuring the different insulator blocks. The rack and pinion system locking lever enables mating and unmating with minimum effort. The JAE JA*A Series is a line of general-purpose waterproof circular plugs designed for reliable connectivity in harsh environments. Built for panel-to-cable and cable-to-cable configurations, these solder-type connectors provide secure connections and are waterproof for up to 24 hours at a depth of 1 meter. The JA*A Series is fully intermateable with JAE’s JL04V Series as well as MIL-Spec N/MS-A/B connectors, making it highly versatile for integration into existing systems. With polarization features and multiple insert positions, the series prevents mis-mating and ensures accurate connections every time. Offering a broad current capacity range from 13 A with #16 contacts up to 80 A with #4 contacts, the connectors meet the power demands of a wide variety of applications. They are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures from –55 °C to +85 °C and are widely used in industries such as semiconductor and factory automation equipment, marine, telecom, broadcast, medical, and railway technology.

The DF02 Series is an interface connector compatible with half-pitch (1.27 mm),which is used as a standard in the industrial instrument market. Durable plastic hood allows the DF02 Series to be a light weight connector. The DF02 Series is offered in two hood variations. Based on application needs a Nickel plated hood for EMI shielding and an untreated hood are offered in the series line-up. The DF02 Series comes with a one-touch locking mechanism for operational ease.

SD cards are widely used not only in consumer devices such as PCs and DSCs, but also as external storage media in industrial equipment including robots, machine tools, and production systems. To meet the demands of these harsh environments, we have developed an SD card connector with exceptional durability and reliability, designed for long-term operation under severe conditions. The dual-point contact structure ensures stable connection in the presence of dust or debris, and provides robust resistance to vibration and shock. This design enables sustained high contact reliability over extended period of use. A UHS-II card compatible variant is also available to support future requirements for high-speed and high-capacity data transfer. With the advancement of vehicle electrification (EVs) and increasing functionality, automotive interior layouts are becoming more modular, similar to those of PCs and other consumer electronics. To address this trend, the SG50 connector has been evaluated to meet automotive-grade specifications, including high-temperature resistance up to 105 °C. The SG50 Series is a push-push type SD card connector with excellent environmental resistance. JB12 Series (M12 X-code and D-code) are compact waterproof Ethernet connectors, which are compliant with IEC standards and ideal for a wide variety of connections within industrial applications.
These products are screw-mating connectors with lengths in the shortest class in the industry among in-line connectors, allowing for installation even in constricted spaces within industrial equipment. These connectors are designed with terminals crimp-able with use of a conventional general-purpose tool, M22520/2-01. Also, the JB12 connector can accommodate a wide range of cable sizes, improving wire installation of thicker wires (AWG #22 to 24) and allowing wiring within equipment in constricted spaces with fine wires (AWG #26 to 30) .

Recently for in-vehicle connectors, demands for products using low flammability material are growing due to environmental regulations. To meet these demands, JAE has developed the MX84B Series in-vehicle connector which is a UL-94 V-0 compatible version of the existing MX34 Series. The MX84B Series is a connector ideal for PHEV and EV.

JAE has developed the KN06 Series, a rectangular single-engagement lever locking modular connector. This connector series was developed primarily to be used for large-equipment, such as semiconductor-manufacturing equipment and industrial equipment requiring multi-pole wiring. The KN06 Series connector is capable of housing up to six modular insulators and can mate up to 300 positions in one platform, which significantly reduces the number of connectors necessary during installation compared to conventional use of multiple connectors. Rack and pinion system lever structure allows for little operating force during engagement. The plastic outer shell allows for a lightweight design also contributing to the reduction in workload during mating operations.
