IP56-rated AC fans offer enhanced protection, blocking dust entry and withstanding powerful water jets—making them well-suited for marine, HVAC, and healthcare systems. IP68-rated fans deliver complete sealing against dust and can operate while submerged in water up to 3 meters deep. For demanding sanitation processes, IP69K-rated fans endure high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. Reversible Flow Fans

Reversible flow fans provide excellent cooling performance in both the forward and reverse direction. This allows you to reduce both the total fan footprint and project costs. Speed and airflow direction are controlled by one fan without supplemental excess wire or circuitry. This series is micro-controller based and utilizes PWM signals to control fan speed. Available special functions: PWM input and tachometer and multiple IP ratings.

Orion power cords are the perfect accessory to your fan’s power needs. Available in the C45 (45°), C90 (90°), C180 (straight), and C180T (“T” style) configurations with either a blunt cut or a plug added termination, you have the option to either plug your fan directly into power or daisy chain your fans together. Each head is separated by 12in of cord. All cords have a 10amp and 125/250VAC rating.
When paired with a Louvered Filter Fan Kit or an LFG series snap-on, sliding, or hinged louvered guard, Orion Fans’ specialty air filters provide low airflow resistance, water repellency, flame resistance, and effective capture of airborne particulates in industrial enclosure settings. They are well-suited for systems that benefit from reusable, cleanable filters. The FHD Series (High Density), FHDH Series (Water Resistant), and FHDP Series (Fire Protection) deliver advanced filtration performance in communications and networking systems requiring compliance with NEBS, ATCA, and other industrial computing standards. The OA11/22CB is a dual output unit that controls fan speed for single or multiple fan assemblies. It also enables precise control of fan noise, speed, and air delivery according to application requirements. Three factory presets (user adjustable) allow for maximum flexibility with minimum setup time.

Airflow monitor modules (AFM) and airflow monitor kits provide an economical solution for indicating fan or blower airflow. The AFM module has a contact closure that activates when airflow falls below 8.2 ft/s due to fan filter clogs or foreign materials coming in contact with the fan blade. They are field retrofittable and mount via a clip or a clamp to a protective plastic grill or guard.
The AFM Kit includes the AFM module, mounting clip, plastic guards, alarms, and power supply.

Louvered filter fan kits are designed to protect against dust, dirt, and moisture from entering industrial, electrical, and electronic cabinets. Available in a snap-on, slide, and hinged version, with the slide and hinged version featuring UV protection. The kits include the fan, louvered fan guard, filter, metal guard, and hardware. 30 PPI and 45 PPI filtration is standard, with enhanced filtration available.
The snap-on version is available in either grey or black housing.
