| 08/23/2021 | DLT-202100907 - Product Change & Alternate material added. starting August 23, 2021, through the end of 2021, we will be in the process of implementing a change to our coil encapsulation for all our products. This change is to meet the new Underwriter’s Laboratories (UL)requirements for insulating materials, and presently several European (IEC) standards requiring materials to meet certain minimum requirements. & On February 19, 2021, DuPont gave notice of Force Majeure on several plastics commonly used in electro-mechanical products. This has resulted in shortages of those materials without any clear indication of when the situation would be resolved. One of the resins that has continually been watch is Dupont PET 415HP NC010 (Blue) used for our Relays. Unfortunately, this Thermoplastic Polyester Resin has become one of the materials short in the market. Fortunately, Dupont has available Thermoplastic Polyester Resin 415HP BK503 (Black) as an alternative. Due to the uncertainly around the supply of the DuPont material, we will be phasing this alternate material in the manufacture of our relays to ensure an uninterrupted supply to you. | Download | |||
| 02/09/2016 | DLT20160209 - This letter is to inform you in advance that Deltrol will be moving the manufacturing of our Buzzer product to our Vietnam facility. This facility has been in operation since 2007. We are currently projecting to be producing these products mid-summer of this year. This move will be seamless to you as our customers. The product will be manufactured on the same equipment and tooling that we use here at Deltrol Controls in the US. All product will meet your specification with one minor change. Currently all marking on this product is ink stamped on the coil. Once we start producing in Vietnam, the product will have a UL approved label with all markings. | Download | |||
