3M™ Tin Plated Copper Foil EMI Shielding Tape 1183 is a 2.6 mil thick; acrylic adhesive shielding tape. This flame retardant tape is suitable for applications that require outstanding electrical conductivity from the application substrate through the adhesive to the Backing. It comes on a removable liner for easy die cutting and handling. The tape is Rated for 600V dry applications; 3M™ EMI Shielding Tape 1183 has a deadsoft; copper foil Backing with a pressure sensitive; electrically conductive; acrylic adhesive that ensures firm adherence. This tape has Tin Plating; which resists oxidation and facilitates Soldering to the Backing. The conductive Particles in the adhesive offer low resistance between the substrate and the Backing. This tape withstands a wide temperature range of 40 to 266 °F (40 to 130 °C). This flame retardant tape is Designed for grounding and EMI shielding in equipment; Components and Shielded rooms. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
