| 03/31/2021 | MMM-PCN-20210505 - Product Liner Improvement. We are contacting you as a purchaser of our 3M™ Hook and Loop Reclosable Fasteners. We are implementing a liner improvement for multiple products in this portfolio. Based on extensive testing we are confident this will improve the consistency of the liner release while maintaining an equivalent fit, form, and function of the product. The liner thickness, adhesive, and reclosable fastener properties are not impacted. In addition, this should help improve our supply continuity. We will be begin transitioning products to the improved liner in late Q1 2021 (exact timing dependent on specific product). No action is required from customers or channel partners.
