We are issuing a modified PCN for OBS PCN#512249 to update you on additional information when ordering impacted parts 54548**33/**71, 54550**33/**71. As we communicated to you recently, as of August 17th, Molex is no longer able to ship the impacted materials with a UL certification label to you. We have been instructed by UL to remove the label on these parts shipping after this date. We provided you the option of accepting delivery upon agreeing to a waiver relating to flammability and the lack of UL certifications of the Affected Toray Resins. At the time of this letter, we have not received a signed waiver from your company. As a result, your current open orders have been placed on shipment hold until a signed waver if received.
