MRS-20210408 - Alternative Material Sources. I am writing to update you regarding the Mersen Class J Time-Delay AJT product family, which utilizes our exclusive SmartSpot® technology. There is a shortage in material availability due to the impact of COVID-19 on the supply chain. To resolve this Mersen has identified alternative sources, but the product will need to undergo additional UL testing not required when the product was initially launched. We estimate additional UL testing will take at least 4 months. |
