Panduit Nylon 612 Cable Ties
The Nylon 612 by Panduit is the first of its kind cable tie within the renewable and harsh environment industry and exclusive to Panduit.
The Nylon 612 tie has resistance to zinc chlorides and dilute acids. It is ideal for wire management on galvanized surfaces/frames and has a temperature range from -76°F (-60°C) up to 194°F (90°C). Mechanical and chemical attributes of black weather resistant nylon 612 cable ties provide resistance to UV rays and chemical attack when exposed to various concentrations of salts, hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons bases and acid rain.
- Nylon 612 material resists chemical attack when exposed to salts, hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, bases, and corrosive (zinc chloride and diluted acids), and low temperature indoor or outdoor applications
- Black UV resistant properties allows ties to withstand exposure to sunlight
- One-piece design with locking wedge provides low thread force for easy and reliable installation
