KMXP Series AMR Linear Position Sensors:
Position sensors play an increasingly important role in many industrial, robotic and medical applications. Advanced applications in harsh environments need sensors that perform well, even when exposed to oil, dirt and dust. The TE Connectivity (TE) KMXP position sensor is the right choice to meet those needs thanks to its Magneto Resistive technology and available form factors. The KMXP sensor provides greater precision than commonly used hall sensors and is designed to provide reliable and accurate measurements in harsh environments including high temperatures.
Bubble detection is critical in applications such as infusion pumps, hemodialysis and blood flow monitoring. TE Sensor Solutions has developed a new compact AD-101 Air Bubble Detector (ABD) for non-invasive continuous monitoring of fluid for air bubble detection. Using ultrasonic technology, the AD-101 sensor is capable of positively identifying the presence of a break in flow of any type of liquid.
TE's SpO2 optical components provide leading accuracy in oxygen level detection. With more than 27 years of proven reliability and expertise, TE has designed SpO2 sensors with best in-class flexibility to accommodate multiple wavelength options. Our dual drive emitters accommodate two different LED wavelengths (both Red and IR) without any compromise to size and lower power consumption.
The mass air flow (MAF) sensor is designed for a variety of automotive, medical and industrial gas applications. Our flow switches are primarily used for applications including water control, power showers and circulation pumpprotections.
Fluid Sensor:
The fluid property sensor is based on tuning fork technology and is specifically designed to provide fluid quality and condition monitoring to a wide range of applications including oils (engine, hydraulic, transmission), fuels and DEF monitoring.
Force Sensors:
TE Connectivity is the leader in the design and manufacturing of precision force sensors for applications that require high-performance or unique packaging, including electromechanical flight control and test and measurement. Based on our technology, the force sensors combine durability and long-term stability in extremely low cost packages.
Humidity Sensors:
The humidity sensors by TE Connectivity are able to provide accurate dew point and absolute humidity measurements through a combination of relative humidity and temperature measurements. These sensors are qualified for the most demanding applications including automotive, heavy truck, aerospace and home appliance. They come in a variety of output signal such as digital and analog voltage, PMW, PDM, LIN and CAN.
Photo Optic Sensors:
The photo optic sensors include both photo optic components and complete sensor solutions. This sensor series features dual LED, bi-wavelength emitters and spectrally paired photo detectors. Suited for medical applications where selection of peak wavelength is a priority. They are packed into complete probe assemblies for pulse oximetry monitoring applications.
Piezo Sensor:
Piezoelectric, or piezo, fluoropolymer film produces voltage or charge proportional to strain. They provide durable vibration, accelerometer or dynamic switch elements for a wide range of markets and applications. The highly versatile, enabling sensor technology has a thin cross-section that is flexible, very robust and chemically inert and can withstand temperature up to 85 degrees Celsius.
Position Sensor:
TE Connectivity is the leading manufacturer in industrial linear and angular position, tilt and fluid level sensors. They are also one of the world's largest manufacturers of industrial and automotive sensors for linear displacement, rotary position and speed sensing. TE has a wide range of sensing technologies including MR, PLCD, LVDT and Resolver. The sensor design and manufacturing techniques provide reliable and cost effective solutions for a broad range of harsh environment applications. The broad range of signal conditioning instrumentation enables TE to meet the specific needs of OEMs and end users.
