Heat Shrink Tubing
TE Connectivity (TE)’s heat shrink tubing provides superior reliability for critical components in the harshest environments and most demanding applications. TE’s heat shrink tubing protects against chemicals, moisture, water, high temperatures, abrasion and fungus. These solutions also help manufacturers avoid countless design requirements to meet rugged performance standards and challenges imposed by ever-changing market needs.
Included in our offering is printable continuous tubing – a heat-shrinkable high-performance tubing solution that can be used with any TE thermal transfer printer to create identification sleeves for wire and cable harnesses in harsh environments. Continuous tubing is offered in an optimal reel length to maximize bulk printing and minimize storage space. Tubing diameter ranges from 2.4mm (0.031 inch) to 50.8mm (2.0 inch). Additionally, users have the flexibility to design custom length markers from 5 mm to 3 meters using TE’s WinTotal software.

Single Wall Flame Retardant Tubing
TE Connectivity introduces their Single Wall Flame Retardant (SWFR) heat shrink tubing. This tubing is a halogen-free, UL VW-1 rated single wall heat shrink tubing that is a cost effective solution for electrical insulation and TE Connectivity Single Wall Flame Retardant Tubingmechanical protection from abrasion. TE’s SWFR is a highly flame-retardant, 2:1 shrink ratio, polyolefin tubing with a low shrink temperature for fast application. Advances in material science and manufacturing efficiencies allow the Single Wall Flame Retardant tubing to be offered at an attractive price point. The SWFR is offered in thin wall (X2) and very thin wall (X4) versions.
TE’s SWFR is acceptable for use in confined areas where halogenated materials are prohibited due to their emitting toxic or acidic gases when burned. The tubing design allows for design flexibility with a broad range of sizes and wall thicknesses.

Coolsplice Connectors
TE Connectivity’s CoolSplice connectors elegantly combine reliability with ease of termination. TE’s CoolSplice connectors are suitable for splicing 22 AWG to 18 AWG (0.34 mm2 – 0.75 mm2) solid, fused and stranded wire. A common pair of pliers is used to push button terminate insulated wires into an insulation displacement crimp TE Connectivity D-SCE Fluid Resistant Identification Sleevescontact. The CoolSplice connector provides an industry proven reliable connection visually confirmed through the clear sidewall of the connector.
The displacement technology allows for less installation time and eliminated the need to pre-strip wires with insulation displacement technology (IDC). The CoolSplice connector is a waterproof IPX8 rated connector.

M105 Tunnel Oven
