Ultra-compact relay modules from the TERMSERIES-compact with soldered relays, a smart all-around choice with a particularly low profile and extensive accessories.
To achieve maximum machine and system availability, many relays must also function reliably in environments with strong vibrations. In addition, compact modules for flat control cabinets are required. TERMSERIES-compact fulfills both demands.
The new, ultra-compact complete modules round out the TERMSERIES family. Their relays are integral, which makes them particularly vibration-proof. Due to the slim and, above all, flat design, they can be installed anywhere. And since they have the same contours as the tried-and-tested TERMSERIES, all the accessories of the series can be used – for cross-connections, for example. Universal industrial relays with high efficiency!
D-SERIES relays have been developed for universal use in industrial automation applications where high efficiency is required. They have many innovative functions and are available in a particularly large number of variants and in a wide range of designs for the most diverse applications. Thanks to various contact materials (AgNi and AgSnO etc.), D-SERIES products are suitable for low, medium and high loads. Variants with coil voltages from 5 V DC to 380 V AC enable use with every conceivable control voltage. The clever contact series connection and a built-in blowout magnet reduce contact erosion for loads up to 220 V DC/10 A, thus extending the service life. The optional status LED plus test button ensures convenient service operations. D-SERIES relays are available in DRI and DRM versions with either sockets for PUSH IN technology or screw connection and can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories. These include markers and pluggable protective circuits with LEDs or free-wheeling diodes.

Direct plug connectors with PUSH IN technology reduce connection times for solid wires and those with crimped on wire-end ferrules by up to 50% compared to clamping yoke terminals. The conductor is simply inserted in the clamping unit for a safe, gas-tight connection. Even flexible conductors can be connected easily and without tools. Safe and reliable connections are crucial, especially under harsh conditions, such as those in the process industry. particularly vibration-resistant contact,tension clamp technology proves extremely reliable. At the same time, our terminal
blocks with proven tension clamp technology are perfect for compact yet manageable panel construction. The wide range
with numerous additional functions and pluggable terminal blocks (WeiCoS), the wide clamping range and up to two
cross-connection channels make the Z-Series perfectly adaptable to all requirements. Pluggable standard cross-connections
enable flexible potential distribution.
The Z-Series has an impressive, practical design and comes in two variants: standard and roof. Our standard models cover
wire cross-sections from 0.05 to 35 mm2. Terminal blocks for wire cross-sections from 0.13 to 16 mm2 are available as
roof variants. The striking shape of the roof style gives a reduction in length of up to 36 percent compared to standard
terminal blocks. Despite their compact width of just 5 mm (2 connections) or 10 mm (4 connections), our block terminals
guarantee absolute clarity and ease of handling thanks to the top-entry conductor feeds. This means the wiring is clear
even in terminal boxes with restricted space.

Klippon® Connect sets standards with clamping yoke technology
Whatever your requirements for the panel: our screw connection system with patented clamping yoke technology ensures the ultimate in contact safety. You can use both screw-in and plug-in cross-connections for potential distribution. Two conductors of the same diameter can also be connected in a single terminal point in accordance with UL1059. The screw connection has long been an established connection element to meet exacting demands in terms of reliability and functionality. And our W-Series is still setting standards.
Thanks to the range of models and real flexibility, our terminal blocks with clamping yoke technology can be used in a wide range of different applications. 
Numerous national and international approvals and qualifications in accordance with a variety of application standards make the W-series a universal connection solution, especially in harsh conditions. Weidmuller’s terminal blocks with clamping yoke technology are available in both standard and compact designs. The compact design covers wire cross-sections from 0.05 mm2 to 150 mm2 and helps save space in the panel. The standard version covers conductor cross sections of up to 240 mm 2 . The identical contours of the terminal blocks make configuration easier and reduces the quantity of accessories required.

For Reliable Power Transfer
There are a lot of challenges for connectivity – especially in transportation; whether it is the supply of high power levels to engines, the quick and safe coupling of carriages as well as their energy distribution, traffic engineering in general, or high-speed trains especially. For reliable power transfer in these challenging conditions, we offer series WF, WFF, and ST 400 stud terminals. With crimped cable lugs, the conductors are laid on the threaded pins and securely connected together by tightening the hex nut to the required torque. The robust processing guarantees the ultimate in safety.
In all applications where reliable power transfer is key, our stud terminals are the safe solution. The WF and WFF stud terminal series are available as single and two-stud terminals. The option of a built-in folding hinged hood gives the two-stud terminals in the WFF-Series a particularly high level of safety.
The ST 400 stud terminals, made of glass-fibre reinforced, flame resistant artificial resin for operating voltages of up to 4 kV, are specially designed for use on rail vehicles and tested to meet railway standards. They are perfect for applications with high requirements in terms of vibration and shock resistance.

Industrial Connector Range of Fixed Pole Inserts & IP65 Housings
A heavy-duty connector consists of a connector insert and its protective housing. The insert is therefore the heart of the heavy-duty connector. It is responsible for electrical functioning. Connector inserts from Weidmüller are made from high-quality insulation materials, which allow secure transmission of high voltages in a tight space. Moreover, we use only a single type of plastic in our entire product line. This plastic is UL listed, and suitable for railway applications. This allows unlimited world-wide use of the RockStar® connector.
