Hirose DF40T Series Board to FPC Connector for Automotive
Supporting USB4 Gen2 (10Gbps) transmission for a wide range of portable electronic and consumer devices, Hirose’s innovative DF40 board-to-FPC/board-to-board connector family offers high-density mounting and space-savings. The DF40 is a robust, heat resistant connector featuring a superior stamped contact design with a clear tactile click that confirms secure mating. The stamped contacts enable a longer effective mating length of 0.45 mm that provides stock and vibration resistance common to portable device applications.
The connector has a rated voltage of 30V AC and a standard operating temperature of –35° to 85° C. The high temperature version is rated up to 125° C.

- Family includes a high temperature version, a positive lock version, EMC shielded versions and versions with or without retention tabs (DF40GL only)
