P-23-025379 - MOQ & DU Change. To inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders in case adjustments have not taken place in time.

P-23-024982- New specification.inform about SAP labeling standardization for single wire seal. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. Please see more details in attachment. List of affected PNs is provided as attachment to this PCN. This is an informational PCN and no formal PPAP will be submitted. During the transition phase mixed shipments with both label layout can occur till the date mentioned in this PCN. In case further details are needed about the exact future state label layout, please contact your sales representative. Please provide your statement to this PCN within 2 weeks after receiving of it. |

P-23-024965 - Supplier base extension. The supplier base extension is needed to protect our customers and TE Connectivity from material shortages risks and ensure deliveries. TE Connectivity continue using LSR material for the single wire seals. All materials used have been tested according to the relevant specifications and the product specific requirements are fulfilled.

P-16-012575 - UPDATE TO PCN P-16-012523. To ensure a smooth and stable transition from SWDC to EPDC, TE will be delaying the transition from the current Santa Teresa, NM DC (SWDC) to the new El Paso, TX DC (EPDC), originally scheduled to implement February 8th - 15th, is now scheduled to implement April 11th - 15th. This delay will allow extended testing on all SAP systems and procedures to ensure a seamless transition into the new warehouse. As we migrate the product and go-live on the new SAP WM software, it is critical to ensure this testing and training is fully incorporated into the systems and operational processes in the new El Paso warehouse. Based on the revised timing of transition, both Customer Shipments and Supplier Deliveries will continue to process from the Santa Teresa, NM location: Address: 101 Lindbergh, Santa Teresa, NM 88008, DUNS Code: 036967748.
