Hirose ZE064W Series Connector for Automotive Interface

The spread of HEVs and EVs has led to a rapid increase in vehicle electrification. With waterproof performance that withstands high-pressure washing, Hirose's ZE064W series is suitable for use as an interface connector for automotive and industrial applications used in harsh environments. The female crimp terminal design includes a double layer spring, 3-point contact and three serrations in order to surpass the intense vibration requirements for devices mounted in the engine room. Hirose's original waterproof design is compliant with IP67/IP69K when mated. 

This small and waterproof automotive connector series ZE05/ZE064W is used in electronic control units (ECUs) that electronically control various in-vehicle applications and in automotive electrical equipment such as converters, inverters, and batteries.
