HEYCo-molded Liquid Tight Break-Thru Plugs
HEYCo-moldedTM Liquid Tight Break-Thru Plugs by Heyco are made of co-molded nylon and elastomer parts, which function as liquid-tight plugs that maintain an IP67/68 rating even after being pierced by round wire, cable or tubing in order to function as bushings. Designed for use in panels ranging in size from 0.5mm to 6.4mm (.020" to .250"). When used as a plug, this product provides light-tight closure. When pierced, the plug functions as a liquid-tight bushing that converts raw-edged holes to smooth, neat, and insulated holes. The plugs also insulate and mechanically protect electrical and telecommunications cable, tubing, hose, rope, and utility lines.
- Certified by UL under UL 635
- For use in panels as thin as 0.02" (0.5mm) and as thick as 0.25" (6.4mm)
- Provide liquid tight closure when used as a plug
- When pierced, function as a liquid tight bushing that convert raw edged holes to smooth, neat, insulated holes
- Locking fingers snap into holes with fingertip pressure
- Locking fingers in fractional increments up to the maximum panel thickness
- Available in multiple sizes for use in 0.500" (12.7mm) to 1.500" (38.1mm) diameter holes
