Micro D Connectors (0.050”/1.27mm)
Engineered for exceptional durability and performance, AirBorn M Series Micro-D connectors combine compact, lightweight construction with robust reliability for demanding aerospace and defense environments. Designed to meet or exceed MIL-DTL-83513 specifications, these connectors offer 9–128 contacts on 0.050″ centers and multiple termination choices, including PCB, solder cup, and flex. Nano D Connectors (0.025”/0.64mm)
AirBorn N Series Nano-D connectors provide compact, high-reliability interconnect solutions designed for demanding aerospace and defense applications where minimal size and maximum performance are essential. Featuring a fine 0.025″ (0.64 mm) contact spacing and offered in single- or dual-row formats with 9–91 contacts, these connectors meet or exceed MIL-DTL-32139 standards. Built to operate reliably in harsh environments from –55 °C to +125 °C, they feature durable splash-resistant metal housings and support multiple configurations, including vertical, right-angle, I/O, panel-mount, board-mount SMT, cable, and jumper cable terminations.

Rectangular PCB Connectors (0.100″/2.54mm)
AirBorn W Series rectangular PCB connectors are designed to deliver dependable, rugged performance for aerospace, defense, military, and industrial applications operating in extreme conditions. Built to meet or exceed MIL-DTL-55302 specifications, these connectors feature a 0.100″ (2.54 mm) contact spacing in 1–4 row configurations, accommodating 3 to 208 contacts. iW Series and iPower Amp Connectors
AirBorn’s iW Series and iPowerAmp connectors are engineered for reliability in demanding environments, offering exceptional resistance to vibration, shock, and extreme temperatures ranging from –65°C to +125°C. The iW Series features a sturdy 2-row layout with a 2.54 mm (0.100 in) pitch, delivering dependable signal and low-power performance with current ratings up to 5 A per contact. Supporting wire sizes up to 22 AWG (0.34 mm²) and featuring selective plating for cost efficiency, these connectors provide versatile solutions across diverse applications.
The iPowerAmp Series is designed for high-power demands, with a 5.72 mm (0.225 in) pitch and 1- or 2-row configurations accommodating 5–20 contacts. Capable of handling up to 23 A per contact, these connectors are UL94V-0 flame-rated and UL recognized to UL 1977 (ECBT2.E466640), ensuring safe, durable, and standards-compliant power connectivity in mission-critical systems.
